Install the Obsidian plugin from https://github.com/mariomile/obsidian-runway into my vault (.obsidian/plugins/runway).

Or use BRAT. Install BRAT, choose “Add beta plugin”, paste:

Install by hand

Download main.js, manifest.json and styles.css from the latest release, put them in .obsidian/plugins/runway, then enable it under Community plugins.
